About the role

  • Responsible for our online presence on Instagram and TikTok
  • Work directly with our CEO, Antong
  • Represent the brand on social media and grow reach through data-driven and creative approaches
  • Support the development of social media strategies based on performance data and insights
  • Plan, produce, and publish content (Reels, posts and campaigns)
  • Monitor trends and conduct market analysis to refine strategies
  • Engage with our community and actively manage community interactions
  • Support management of influencer and ambassador campaigns
  • Analyze content performance and derive optimization measures

Requirements

  • Strong instinct for social media and spend a lot of time on Instagram/TikTok
  • Have a sense of humor that resonates with students
  • Be creative and excite the target audience with compelling ideas
  • Be comfortable on camera and willing to be part of the content
  • Data-savvy, interested in KPIs and able to extract real insights from data
  • Eager to work with a young team and take responsibility independently
  • Bonus: Initial experience in social media marketing or content creation, personal reach or experience with viral content
