About the role

  • In-House Legal Counsel handling commercial contracts for a global corporate travel management company. Requires strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in a hybrid role based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including: Supplier and service agreements, Customer agreements, NDAs and templates, IT and software agreements, Addendums and renewals
  • Lead client-facing negotiations and explain contractual positions clearly and commercially
  • Manage agreements through to execution, including internal approvals
  • Advise global offices on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Provide guidance on data protection within commercial agreements
  • Support due diligence projects and new ventures
  • Assist on insurance management and sanctions compliance matters
  • Monitor regulatory developments affecting the sector

Requirements

  • 2+ PQE preferred
  • Strong drafting, negotiation & GDPR experience essential
  • Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous: Software / SaaS agreements, IP licensing, International commercial contracts, Travel, technology or services sectors, European language skills
