About the role

  • Integrations Analyst central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. Ensuring smooth integrations and supporting technical partnerships in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping integrations running smoothly: You’ll support the day-to-day operational management of our integrations, ensuring delivery plans stay aligned with engineering capacity and external partner timelines.
  • Coordinating complex technical partnerships: You’ll help coordinate work between Accurx engineers and external partners such as EPR and PAS providers, ensuring milestones are tracked and blockers are resolved quickly.
  • Supporting safe and compliant integrations: You’ll help coordinate documentation and assurance processes across clinical, security, and privacy teams.
  • Maintaining clarity across systems: You’ll track risks, dependencies, and project updates, ensuring stakeholders have a clear picture of integration performance and project health.
  • Turning data into insight: You’ll analyse integration usage data to help validate new opportunities and ensure our integrations continue to deliver value for users and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting technical projects in SaaS, HealthTech, or a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2 or FHIR is helpful, but not essential.
  • You enjoy structured problem-solving and can analyse operational challenges to identify improvements.
  • You are highly organised and comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams or projects.
  • You are confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable working with data tools such as Google Sheets to identify trends and insights.
  • You can quickly learn complex systems and share knowledge with others.
