About the role

  • Lead, Compliance focusing on adherence to regulations and ethical practices for Chiesi USA's Air Business Unit. Manage compliance, conduct risk assessments, and foster partnerships in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance within the Chiesi USA Air Business Unit.
  • Maintain a culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Address daily activities and questions within the BU.
  • Manage third-party partnerships in the Air BU.
  • Ensure compliance in various joint activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments with the Compliance Committee.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Team and other departments.
  • Contribute to sustainability goals impacting patients and the community.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or law; or compliance degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, audit, and/or risk management.
  • Experience in respiratory or similar area.
  • Experience in product launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using compliance and audit software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Written, Verbal and Face-to-face communication.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
