Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for data, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
- Balance technical debt, innovation, and business priorities
- Drive product strategy for data platforms, BI systems, and analytics workflows

- Ensure data governance, quality, and performance standards are incorporated into product plans
- Translate analytics use cases into technical requirements for implementation
- Define and prioritize AI use cases leveraging **Agentic AI systems** (multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, LLM-powered automation)
- Collaborate with AI engineers to design and deploy AI agents that drive measurable business outcomes
- Define evaluation metrics for AI performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure responsible AI practices and guardrails are embedded in product requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines
- Align AI and data initiatives to measurable ROI and operational impact
Requirements
- Certified Agile Product Owner (CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of product management or product ownership experience
- Proven experience delivering data and analytics projects (data pipelines, BI dashboards, data platforms, or cloud-based analytics solutions)
- Recent hands-on experience supporting or delivering Agentic AI or LLM-based solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing clear technical user stories for data engineering and AI teams
- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data-driven insights
