About the role

  • Client Strategy Manager managing client relationships and campaign strategies in paid media. Focused on healthcare and e-commerce sectors for digital growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment
  • Understand client goals and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with ADM's capabilities
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
  • Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client strategy management or account management
  • 3+ years in a Performance Media Agency
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
