Responsibilities

Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, full-funnel media strategies and campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
Handle client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ADM services
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and performance metrics in CRM systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in client strategy management or account management
3+ years in a Performance Media Agency
Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
