About the role

  • Operations Team Leader supporting NHS shift bookings and managing healthcare worker relationships. Leading a cohesive team for clinical operations at Xyla Healthcare Services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to the Resourcing and Booking team, ensuring the team is clear on priorities and working cohesively.
  • Help streamline processes to improve the candidate journey for clinical staff, including communication and resourcing workflows.
  • Coordinate timesheet processing across clinical operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Assisting with the preparation of regular commercial performance reports and trend analysis for senior leadership.
  • Help maintain high‑quality communication with the clinical workforce across all channels.

Requirements

  • Team management experience with the ability to delegate workload and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • A background in operations or workforce management.
  • Bonus (but not required): Healthcare experience
