About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be the technical lead for your area, responsible for the quality, consistency and performance of developments
- Guide and mentor for developers: support, training and upskilling of the team
- Bridge between technical and management: collaboration with project managers, support and business stakeholders
- Technical decisions and best practices: code reviews, testing, documentation and monitoring of metrics
- Active development: contributing to the codebase while driving positive team dynamics
- Research and innovation: staying up to date with technological developments and proposing concrete improvements
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Significant experience in software development
- Proficiency with the following technologies: C# .NET, jQuery, Azure DevOps, GitHub and Visual Studio
- Daily experience with Microsoft Azure and web/SaaS technologies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and good interpersonal skills to communicate stakeholder needs and confidently defend your decisions
- Innovative mindset and ability to proactively propose improvements
