About the role
- Intern participating in the development of embedded solutions with FPGA technologies at ABSOLUT SENSING. Collaborating with engineers to build innovative technologies for climate monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of next-generation embedded solutions integrating FPGA technologies and advanced hardware architectures
- Work directly with engineers specialized in electronics and embedded software
- Design and implement logic blocks (VHDL), perform functional verification, then integrate on Xilinx targets
- Develop drivers and low-level layers, and establish processor–FPGA communications (SPI, AXI, UART…)
- Develop on real-time systems and embedded Linux
- Port to a test environment such as EQM (qualification model) to prepare qualification campaigns
- Support test campaigns in thermal vacuum chambers
- Support the writing of the software SRD (Software Requirements Document) for the embedded software.
Requirements
- Student in the final or penultimate year of a program in: digital electronics/FPGA, embedded systems, or industrial computer science
- Solid fundamentals in FPGA technology
- Environment: Linux
- Languages: C, Python / MicroPython, Rust

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams
