About the role

  • Manager for aftermarket sales and rentals leading departmental operations at Energy Systems. Managing workflow, performance, and strategies to increase market share in industrial power solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the aftermarket sales and rental departments
  • Management of workflow and oversight of people, growth and overall performance
  • Creating sales goals, marketing strategies, RFP responses, and quotes
  • Designs and directs the work of the aftermarket teams
  • Coaches and develops staff while managing performance
  • Develops operating and capital budgets
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of generator system technology
  • Partnering with operations leadership to ensure pricing is maintained
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of team and personal sales metrics
  • Supporting other Service departmental roles

Requirements

  • Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
  • General knowledge of service parts and service industry
  • Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Incorporate time management skills by prioritizing work assignments
