Plan and execute strategies for all the key growth elements on Orders, revenue, margins etc
Lead the complete sales process right from opportunity creation & offer submission to the participating negotiations & order closing
Strong focus on people development and enhance organizational capabilities
Identify opportunities; pipeline development and Forecast accuracy in meeting AOP target
