About the role

  • Sales Manager accountable for achieving revenue targets by guiding and managing a sales team at Honeywell. Responsible for developing strategies and mentoring team members in the gas business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L of PMC-GAS business
  • Plan and execute strategies for all the key growth elements on Orders, revenue, margins etc
  • Lead the complete sales process right from opportunity creation & offer submission to the participating negotiations & order closing
  • Strong focus on people development and enhance organizational capabilities
  • Identify opportunities; pipeline development and Forecast accuracy in meeting AOP target

Requirements

  • Exp - 12-18+ years considering this would P&L leadership role
  • Should have managed team / have DRs
  • BE/ Engg Diploma in Instrumentation or Similar industry experience can be considered
