Conduct regular performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the marketing department and senior management and support them in achieving the company’s overall objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
5–7 years of experience managing sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet targets in a specialized therapeutic area.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales analytics.
