About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for growth, pipeline, and sales in a security-critical B2B SaaS company based in Vienna. Focused on client partnerships and complex software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for growth, pipeline and revenue in your region.
  • As a Regional Sales Manager at SignPath, you won’t be selling interchangeable products but a security‑critical B2B SaaS solution that delivers real value to enterprise customers.
  • Build pipeline, close deals, develop partnerships, and take ownership.

Requirements

  • Responsible for revenue growth and market penetration in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Acquire, develop and manage strategic end customers and sales partners
  • Build and maintain partner networks (IT infrastructure providers, resellers, system integrators)
  • Deliver presentations and conduct negotiations
  • Position and explain complex software and security solutions to customers and partners
  • Actively support partners and customers in sales projects and proofs of concept
  • Plan and execute regional sales activities in coordination with the Head of Sales
  • Maintain opportunities in the CRM as well as forecasts, visit and status reports
  • Manage and monitor partner account plans, including contracts and framework agreements
