About the role
- Advogado(a) responsible for legal representation and strategy in contract recovery at Abi-Ackel. Handling client relations and ensuring compliance with judicial obligations in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Legal representation for the client;
- Legal representation before institutions;
- Support in managing the legal strategy applied to operations;
- Support in managing communication with the client;
- Assistance in client relationship management;
- Drafting legal pleadings and documents;
- Representation at hearings;
- Preparatory and post-hearing actions;
- Management of supporting materials and evaluation of case outcomes;
- Negotiation and conclusion of settlement agreements;
- Analysis of court decisions and initiation of appropriate measures;
- Management of compliance with judicial obligations;
- Updating the client’s system;
- Coordination of expert examinations and reports;
- Recording data in the firm’s internal system;
- Implementation of credit recovery strategies
Requirements
- Active OAB/MG registration (Minas Gerais Bar Association);
- Experience with the Advwin system.
