Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 4+ years in engineering leadership.
- Proven track record leading a team to ship complex products end-to-end with high reliability and strong product/engineering collaboration.
- Strong system design and architecture skills: scalable services, APIs, data modeling, and production operations.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments: can create clarity, define priorities, and drive execution with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience hiring and growing teams: interviewing, leveling, performance management, and mentoring.
