Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong capability to convert complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions
- Strong experience supporting IT projects Managers or programs Managers from initiation through deployment
- 2–4+ years of business process analysis experience
- Proven understanding core project management disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Hands-on experience working in ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of Windows hardware, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure components.
- Ability to meet onsite attendance expectations in alignment with current company policy.
