About the role

  • Working student in system administration supporting IT infrastructure for healthcare clients. Focus on network maintenance, customer support, and system security.

Responsibilities

  • As a working student in system administration, you support our team in keeping our clients' IT infrastructure stable, secure and efficient.
  • Network infrastructure – You ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems in medical practices, clinics, schools and Mac-based offices.
  • Customer support – You provide 1st- and 2nd-level support to our customers, assisting by phone and via remote support with technical issues.
  • Security and availability – You ensure that our servers and networks are stable, available and secure.
  • Administration – You work with Linux-based operating systems and IPv4-based networks and support their administration.
  • IT knowledge – You gain insight into all areas of a modern IT systems provider – from MacBooks to firewalls.

Requirements

  • Technical fundamentals – You are studying Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a comparable technical degree program and have already gained some practical experience.
  • Passion for IT – You are enthusiastic about Linux, networks and IT security and enjoy tackling technical challenges, whether through your studies, personal projects or privately.
  • Analytical thinking – You approach problems in a structured way, can quickly grasp relationships and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – You can explain technical topics clearly and enjoy helping others with IT issues.
  • Initiative & team spirit – You work carefully, are solution-oriented and independent, but also feel comfortable working in a team.
  • Language skills – You have very good German skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form.
