• Full Stack Developer at abat+ GmbH integrating AI-tools into development processes. Collaborating on projects using modern technologies and playing a role in team knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• You use modern AI tools not just for experimentation but as an integral part of your daily development work.
• You want to build software faster, cleaner, and smarter — using AI to amplify your skills.
• Develop modern full‑stack applications with consistent use of AI‑powered development and assistance tools.
• Increase efficiency and improve quality in the development process through the targeted use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions for various client projects.
• Actively shape and further develop our engineering standards and AI‑supported workflows.
• Knowledge transfer within the team: support and enable colleagues in the productive use of AI tools.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong backend skills, e.g., with Java & Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, e.g., JavaScript / TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or comparable component libraries), module & micro‑frontend concepts (e.g., Module Federation).
• Confident use of AI‑assisted development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding or testing assistants.
• Enthusiasm for integrating AI into the development process in a pragmatic and meaningful way — and for bringing others along.
• Quality awareness, self‑initiative, and a passion for modern software development.
• Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills.
