  • A Civil Litigation Legal Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal teams

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary
  • 2 - 5 years of previous civil litigation secretarial experience in the area of law
  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and of proper formats for legal documents
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have the ability to handle and respond to sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
