About the role

  • FP&A Analyst supporting budgeting and financial analysis for A2MAC1, a global automotive benchmarking provider. Collaborating with leaders on financial decision-making and enhancing reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Revenue FP&A Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with General Managers to gather insights, assumptions, and business drivers.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to create and guide commercial sales pipeline analysis, ensuring leadership visibility on pipeline health, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  • Take ownership of the commercial month-end close process, validating key sales KPIs (churn, downsell, upsell, pricing changes) and providing clear, insightful commentary.
  • Track unbilled revenue and partner with the FP&A Director to ensure accurate covenant compliance and quarterly forecasting.
  • Lead the consolidation of operating expenses for accurate and timely month-end analysis.
  • Deliver Sales and support function Opex packs to the FP&A Director, highlighting material deviations from budget.
  • Validate and enhance dashboard data integrity to ensure reliable business decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar environment.
  • Qualified accountant (or up to 2 years post-qualified experience) is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with commercial or sales teams.
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments is preferred.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Languages
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • French is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
