- Du beurteilst Lernergebnisse, erstellst Bildungspläne, definierst Lernziele, organisierst Schnupperlehren für potenzielle zukünftige Lehrlinge, unterstützt den Einstellungsprozess und begleitest, förderst und motivierst die Lehrlinge in ihrer praktischen Arbeit
Requirements
- Abschluss Informatik EFZ mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufspraxis im Lehrgebiet, alternativ verwandtes EFZ mit den nötigen Informatikkenntnissen und mindestens fünf Jahren Praxis oder abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung im Bereich der Informatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- fliessende Schweizerdeutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- vertraut mit weiteren modernen Technologien wie Spring Boot, Micronaut, Node, PostgreSQL, React/Angular/Vue
- Erfahrungen mit Architekturpatterns wie Microservices, Event-Driven-Architektur und Domain-Driven Design
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-native Technologien wie Docker, Kubernetes und Terraform sowie DevOps-Praktiken in GCP und/oder Azure
- ein intrinsisches Interesse an neuen Technologien und Branchentrends
