Responsibilities
You further develop the 3ap brand’s narrative, tone of voice, and visual identity
You orchestrate website and content, social media / thought leadership, pitches, decks, and case studies
You take an active role in the Client Circle, in marketing, and in collaboration with the CEO
You will actively contribute to selected client projects, especially in CX/UX, experience design, customer journeys, and use cases
You will develop storylines, visions, and prototype narratives
You will bridge strategy, design, and execution
You will strengthen the brand internally by creating and maintaining brand guidelines, playbooks, and templates
Requirements
Experience working on projects within an agency, consulting firm, or product house
University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, CX, UX, or a related field
German at native level (dialect a plus), English business-fluent
Confident in client presentations and client communication, with a persuasive presence
Strong knowledge of Figma, pitch decks, storytelling, user journeys, canvas methods, and workshop design and facilitation
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Structured work style and a clear head in dynamic environments
A strong can-do mindset with high self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
