Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and leading the residential group team
  • Responsible for managing the residential group's duty roster and staff scheduling
  • Maintain contacts with providers, cooperation partners and physicians
  • Organize and conduct team meetings for professional exchange
  • Ensure reliable communication of information from nursing management to the team
  • Maintain close contact with senior management
  • Point of contact for team matters

Requirements

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Specialist Nurse in Anesthesia and Intensive Care (m/f/d)
  • Experience in out-of-hospital (home-based) intensive care
  • Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital mechanical ventilation
  • Leadership experience desirable
