About the role
- Product Owner responsible for guiding internal teams and managing the digital roadmap for 2Brains. Supporting the development and delivery of digital products while enhancing team capabilities in agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Está encargado de apoyar y fortalecer la gestión del Product Owner interno mediante shadowing, asegurando la implementación de buenas prácticas y el cumplimiento del roadmap digital.
- El rol busca acompañar, guiar y desarrollar capacidades en el PO actual, mientras contribuye al delivery y profesionalización del ecosistema digital.
Requirements
- Definir y gestionar el PRD y el Backlog de producto.
- Implementar criterios de aceptación y Definition of Done (DoD).
- Establecer estrategias de priorización basadas en valor de negocio.
- Facilitar la implementación de metodologías ágiles y transferir conocimiento al equipo.
- Liderar iniciativas tácticas complementarias según sea necesario.
- Entre 3 y 5 años desempeñándose específicamente en el rol de PO.
- Deseable experiencia en productos de cara a cliente final (Retail, Banca, Fidelidad).
- Manejo experto de Jira y Confluence.
- Deseable experiencia con CMS (idealmente Modyo).
