About the role
- Team lead for YouTube localizations at Mediatech, a leading digital publishing house. Overseeing video production and managing performance metrics to enhance content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the project
- Ensure a smooth flow of the video production process
- Establish and maintain close communication to oversee a production process start to finish, close communication with freelancers and collaborators
- Build content calendar and oversee video upload schedule to YouTube channels according to the established guidelines
- Initiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication by ensuring high quality standards and localisation practices
- Stay up to date with the newest YouTube trends and implement them
Requirements
- Previous experience as a project manager or team lead, ideally within the media industry
- High multi-tasking abilities to work multiple different teams on multiple overlapping schedules with all unique needs
- Experience in Social media channel development (and associated project management with third party resources)
- Data-driven decision-making skills and crunch data for breakfast
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable owning the communication across all stages of production
- Good organizational and planning skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment
