About the role
- Workspace Engineer with expertise in endpoint management and migration to Microsoft Intune. Collaborating with global IT teams to ensure compliance and security for all devices.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device compliance policies
- Lead the migration from SCCM to Intune, including co-management and decommissioning
- Develop and maintain application deployment and update management strategies
- Implement and maintain security baselines and configuration profiles for Windows, Edge, and Office
- Monitor endpoint health and compliance using Endpoint Analytics and Intune reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with global IT teams to standardize and optimize workspace solutions
- Provide technical documentation, reporting and training for local IT and end-users
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in a similar position
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Microsoft Certified
- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and service delivery processes
- Experience with Cloud and Office 365 migrations
- Strong understanding of Windows 11 OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience with troubleshooting for end-users
- Experience with Device Enrollment, compliance configuration and application deployment in Intune
- Proficient in Scripting for automation
- Understanding of endpoint security solutions and best practices
