About the role

  • Workspace Engineer with expertise in endpoint management and migration to Microsoft Intune. Collaborating with global IT teams to ensure compliance and security for all devices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and device compliance policies
  • Lead the migration from SCCM to Intune, including co-management and decommissioning
  • Develop and maintain application deployment and update management strategies
  • Implement and maintain security baselines and configuration profiles for Windows, Edge, and Office
  • Monitor endpoint health and compliance using Endpoint Analytics and Intune reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to standardize and optimize workspace solutions
  • Provide technical documentation, reporting and training for local IT and end-users

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar position
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • Microsoft Certified
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and service delivery processes
  • Experience with Cloud and Office 365 migrations
  • Strong understanding of Windows 11 OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Experience with troubleshooting for end-users
  • Experience with Device Enrollment, compliance configuration and application deployment in Intune
  • Proficient in Scripting for automation
  • Understanding of endpoint security solutions and best practices
