About the role

  • Working student in IT support at Ninox Software. Supporting the internal IT infrastructure and providing technical assistance to colleagues at the Berlin office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for approximately 80 colleagues on macOS and Windows — covering hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage users, groups and permissions in Azure Entra ID / Microsoft 365
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, imaging, and device provisioning via Intune
  • Keep IT documentation and hardware inventory up to date (Jira, Confluence)
  • Support hardware, network, and cloud projects (e.g., VPN, PowerShell automation)

Requirements

  • Some practical experience in IT support (e.g., through an internship, part-time job, or university project)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure / M365 (e.g., user management in Azure AD)
  • Interest in scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps topics
  • Team player with German and English at least at B1 level
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft certifications is a plus
