Responsibilities
Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for approximately 80 colleagues on macOS and Windows — covering hardware, software, and network issues
Manage users, groups and permissions in Azure Entra ID / Microsoft 365
Handle onboarding/offboarding, imaging, and device provisioning via Intune
Keep IT documentation and hardware inventory up to date (Jira, Confluence)
Support hardware, network, and cloud projects (e.g., VPN, PowerShell automation)
Requirements
Some practical experience in IT support (e.g., through an internship, part-time job, or university project)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure / M365 (e.g., user management in Azure AD)
Interest in scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps topics
Team player with German and English at least at B1 level
Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft certifications is a plus
