About the role

  • Student assistant supporting product managers in developing ITscope's B2B platform. Collaborating with the team to analyze customer feedback and generate product ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Support our product managers in the ongoing development of our B2B platform.
  • Work closely with the PM team to analyze customer feedback and help translate it into concrete product ideas.
  • Participate in customer interviews, evaluate feedback and derive product ideas.
  • Assist in the conception and execution of product communication.
  • Document, analyze, and prepare strategic initiatives.
  • Support AI prototyping and iterative product development.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in product management is not required; initial exposure to agile methods is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Media Informatics, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset and way of working.
  • Team-oriented working style and willingness to contribute to workshops and deep dives.
