Responsibilities
- You will actively support accounts receivable and accounts payable management (e.g., reviewing and recording documents).
- You will maintain and reconcile financial data in our systems (e.g., DATEV, Xentral).
- You will assist in preparing journal entries and support monthly reporting and analyses.
- You will act as a point of contact for our customers and suppliers on administrative questions related to invoices or payments.
- You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- You will contribute to the optimization and documentation of our finance and operations processes.
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a related program with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and a very structured, careful and independent working style.
- You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ideally, you have some practical experience in accounting or the finance field (e.g., through internships).
- Experience with DATEV or Xentral is a strong plus but not required.
- You are communicative, a true team player and have a proactive, hands-on mentality.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
