About the role

• Founders Associate supporting management at a B2B SaaS startup in AI automation. Involves business development, project support, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In this role you act as the “right hand” to one of our (co-)founders while collaborating with the entire founding team.
• You are a generalist with a strong interest in sales, go-to-market, business development and investor relations, enabling you to handle a wide range of tasks at both operational and strategic levels.
• You prepare business documents for investors, customers and other stakeholders.
• You are responsible for maintaining our databases and internal systems.
• You actively support our entire management team on various projects, driving them forward independently and taking ownership.
• You create marketing content for our social media channels and represent the company at events.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field.
• You have previous experience as a working student in fast-moving start-ups, scale-ups, consulting firms or venture capital firms.
• You enjoy being challenged, work independently and accurately, and like taking responsibility.
• You are curious, eager to learn, want to make an impact and consistently give 100% and more.
• You love challenging projects and manage them effectively.
• At the same time, you’re not above handling simple tasks.
• You are passionate about growth, sales and business development and have a strong interest in AI.
• You have experience with tools that optimize organization and boost personal efficiency.
• You are an expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have German proficiency at C-level and English proficiency at B-level.
