About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI solutions—integrated into Fiera’s investment and operational processes
- Select, configure, and integrate Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other LLM solutions into production-grade use cases
- Own and evolve the AI delivery platform stack leveraging Azure AI Foundry and other Microsoft Azure AI services
- Develop high-quality libraries, services, and automations in Python
- Serve as a technical lead with cybersecurity, IT, legal, and compliance
- Establish and maintain technical documentation, reference architectures, and runbooks
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience developing production-grade Python applications
- Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI / LLM solutions end-to-end in an enterprise environment.
- Experience selecting, integrating, and operationalizing modern AI platforms and tools such as: Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, MCP Server / MCP tools
- Strong experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, and data sources.
- Strong business acumen: able to prioritize use cases, articulate ROI, and make pragmatic trade-offs between value, risk, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
