About the role

Business Intelligence Analyst for adjoe, a leading mobile ad platform. Collaborating on data analysis and BI reporting to enhance decision-making processes for effective advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Growth Managers and the Business Operations team to fulfill ad-hoc data requests and conduct in-depth investigations.
Assist in the design and rigorous evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, translating statistical results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Actively participate in the migration of our reporting suite from Amazon QuickSight to Tableau, ensuring data integrity and the accurate translation of existing visualizations.
Improve and maintain documentation for key business metrics, data sources, and analytical processes, ensuring high data literacy and consistency across the company.
Contribute to the development and standardization of reporting and analysis best practices within the BI team.
Optimize Data Processing Pipelines by identifying and implementing efficiencies, such as creating intermediate aggregated tables (ETL/ELT), to reduce query latency and streamline reporting workflows for high-volume data.

You have a bachelor's degree or are in your last year of it in the fields of computer science or data analytics.
You have experience with Python and SQL.
You possess outstanding communication skills (verbal and written English)
You have a decent experience with Google Suite (especially, with Sheets and Slides)
You like to work in a fast-paced environment
You enjoy a strong sense of responsibility/ownership
You are available to work for at least six months
Nice to have: Any previous internship or working student experience in fast-growing startups, consulting or any IT company is a plus
