About the role

  • Business Intelligence Analyst supporting workforce operations reporting for Mercer. Focused on developing and maintaining analytics solutions for effective business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions to aid analytics and business decision-making
  • Run existing reporting on a regular basis ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Define reporting requirements, data scope, and key operational metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Assist in creating and automating reports and dashboards by extracting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple sources
  • Ensure accurate coordination and standardisation of data inputs across business units

Requirements

  • Experience in Qlik (preferred) or Power BI, including data modelling, dashboards, and visualisations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query to manipulate and analyse complex datasets
  • Strong SQL experience for data extraction and transformation
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills for leadership and board-level reporting
  • Experience with Power Automate to streamline data refreshes, reporting workflows, and approvals
