About the role
- Maintain and update the LMS (users, courses, learning paths, and reporting)
- Write and edit content for online training videos in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Edit training videos using standard video editing software
- Support the NavVis Community and NavVis Academy by ensuring high-quality, learner-focused content
- Collaborate with the Customer Education team to optimize workflows, tools, and best practices
- Help shape digital learning experiences and support Customer Education projects
Requirements
- Educational background or in-progress studies in instructional design, education, communication, or related fields
- Native-level English writing skills
- Experience with video production and editing tools
- Basic knowledge of LMS platforms (experience with 360Learning, Userlane, or Articulate Rise is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing skills and eagerness to learn instructional design and LMS management
