- Strong understanding of WorkDay architecture and data model
- Experience in developing WorkDay reports, calculated fields, and custom integrations
- Hands-on experience in WorkDay integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, and XTT
- Knowledge of WorkDay security framework and role-based permissions
- Experience with WorkDay API calls and SOAP/REST web services
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve WorkDay technical issues
- Experience in full lifecycle WorkDay implementations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
