Responsibilities
- Unterstützung im Strategischen Marketing, der Unternehmenskommunikation sowie im Event-Management
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung externer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie Kampagnenarbeit im Online- und Offline-Marketing
- Aktive Mitarbeit beim Prospitalia Kongress - von der organisatorischen Vorbereitung bis zur grafischen Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Eventmaterialien
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle (z. B. Instagram, LinkedIn) inkl. der Erstellung von redaktionellen und grafischen Inhalten
- Erstellung, Recherche und Bearbeitung von Marketingmaterialien (z. B. Präsentationen, Broschüren, Online-Content)
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Webinaren sowie Präsenzveranstaltungen
- Externe Kommunikation mit Kunden, Referenten, Agenturen und Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei internen Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Themen
Requirements
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Kommunikation.
- Hohe Motivation und Flexibilität
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine kreative und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Gute bis sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Social-Media-Kanälen wie Instagram, LinkedIn oder anderen Plattformen
- Interesse an Unternehmenskommunikation, Marketing und digitalen Trends
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Erste Erfahrungen mit Design-Tools wie Canva oder der Adobe Creative Cloud (z. B. InDesign) – oder Lust, Dich hier einzuarbeiten.
