Responsibilities
Provide client and technology partner integration support for retail LifeStyle Merchants
Manage day-to-day integration and support activities concurrently with multiple enhancement initiatives
Lead the planning and execution of production support for client and technology partners
Drive identification and implementation of process efficiencies within integration and support activities
Create standard operating procedures for internal support team activities
Partner with various internal business functions
Interface directly with 3rd party client and technology partners
Leverage and analyze integration and support data to share insights
Ensure compliance against all applicable Synchrony policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of Information Technology experience, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing information systems
Strong knowledge & integration experience of Synchrony APIs
Project management skills
Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot incidents and identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution
