About the role
- VP of IT Enablement orchestrating IT delivery functions at Flexential. Leading a scalable PMO and fostering innovation within IT teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a scalable Program Management Office (PMO)
- Mature and scale a world-class PMO function
- Implement robust program and portfolio management capabilities
- Champion the shift to product-centric delivery
- Build and scale agile methodologies throughout the IT organization
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability and innovation
- Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement
- Establish clear career paths within PMO and delivery roles
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles
- 5 years managing strategic functions such as a PMO, Enterprise Architecture, or IT Enablement
- Experience designing and implementing IT delivery models
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
- Direct experience embedding IT leaders within business units
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience in managing significant technology budgets
- At least 5 years leading high-performing IT teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Ability to define and articulate a technology vision that aligns with business strategy
- Ability to lead and navigate organizational change
