Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Support customers through various communication channels
Manage and exceed KPIs while maximising player value
Use CRM and analytics tools to segment players, track behavior, and deliver tailored campaigns that boost retention and lifetime value
Develop and execute VIP strategies, programs, and initiatives
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills in English
Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP or CRM management within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue
Detail-oriented and well-organised
Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
