About the role

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Support customers through various communication channels
  • Manage and exceed KPIs while maximising player value
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to segment players, track behavior, and deliver tailored campaigns that boost retention and lifetime value
  • Develop and execute VIP strategies, programs, and initiatives

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP or CRM management within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
