About the role
- VP of Fraud Detection working on strategies to mitigate fraud risk using AI solutions at Fidelity. Collaborating with product, technology and data science teams to enhance customer experience and minimize fraud events.
Responsibilities
- Build strategies that make use of various models/AI solutions and data sources to enable timely detection of fraud events
- Collaborate with product, technology and data science teams to build solutions that accurately detect and interdict fraud
- Leverage AI/Machine Learning Solutions to define Fraud Detection strategies across Fidelity’s products and business lines
- Use anomaly detection and linking/graph solutions to enable the discovery of fraud rings and coordinated events
- Design profiling and trust solutions to offer intuitive and customized experiences to customers
- Collaborate with partner teams to respond to fraud events, mitigate risk and customer impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields
- 12 years of experience in Fraud Risk management in financial institutions
- Experience in leveraging AI/Machine Learning solutions to optimize fraud detection
- Hands-on experience in generating analytical insights from large-scale data using python, SQL or similar programming languages
- Experience in project management and problem solving in a complex environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of key stakeholders
