About the role

  • Build strategies that make use of various models/AI solutions and data sources to enable timely detection of fraud events
  • Collaborate with product, technology and data science teams to build solutions that accurately detect and interdict fraud
  • Leverage AI/Machine Learning Solutions to define Fraud Detection strategies across Fidelity’s products and business lines
  • Use anomaly detection and linking/graph solutions to enable the discovery of fraud rings and coordinated events
  • Design profiling and trust solutions to offer intuitive and customized experiences to customers
  • Collaborate with partner teams to respond to fraud events, mitigate risk and customer impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields
  • 12 years of experience in Fraud Risk management in financial institutions
  • Experience in leveraging AI/Machine Learning solutions to optimize fraud detection
  • Hands-on experience in generating analytical insights from large-scale data using python, SQL or similar programming languages
  • Experience in project management and problem solving in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of key stakeholders
