About the role

  • Inspire and Lead: Guide high-performing, cross-functional teams in building advanced AI systems, language models, agentic UX, synthetic data, and more.
  • Drive Innovation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, ensuring our AI products are robust, secure and ahead of the curve.
  • Shape Strategy: Define and execute the AI technology roadmap, collaborating with leaders across Product, GenAI and Program Management to align technical vision with business goals.
  • Champion Security & Ethics: Establish and enforce best practices for AI security, privacy and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS), including semantic guardrails and privacy-preserving techniques.
  • Accelerate Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality AI products on time and within budget, leveraging modern DevSecOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Empower Teams: Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and technical excellence. Mentor and develop future leaders in AI engineering.
  • Promote Collaboration: Integrate customer feedback, industry trends and emerging technologies into our AI product roadmap.
  • Advance Data Discovery: Lead the development of scalable frameworks for data discovery, metadata-driven exploration and automated cataloging.
  • Innovate in Synthetic Data: Drive the creation and validation of synthetic data to enhance model robustness, reduce bias and simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Design Next-Gen UX: Oversee the creation of agentic, multimodal user interfaces that deliver intuitive, goal-driven AI experiences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of global technology leadership, with a focus on AI, machine learning and agile software development.
  • Proven expertise in AI engineering, language models, data science
  • Strong background in cybersecurity and data privacy within AI systems.
  • Experience managing international teams across India, EMEA and the USA.
  • Deep knowledge of data management, cloud platforms and model control protocols.
  • Track record of fostering innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data discovery, metadata management, and self-service data access.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and enforce semantic guardrails and privacy-preserving AI systems.
  • Experience designing agentic UI/UX for intuitive, multimodal AI interactions.
