About the role

AI Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models. Working at Qualysoft, delivering AI solutions with robust, scalable, and optimized performance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, ensuring models are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance;
Building and orchestrating AI agent workflows using agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LiveKit, and OpenAIAgentsSDK, including solutions such as enterprise chatbots, internal AI productivity assistants, document intelligence systems, and automated agent workflows;
Designing and validating agent behavior using MCP (Model Context Protocol), Guardrails, and structured Agent Instructions, ensuring safety, consistency, and compliance;
Using AWS Bedrock as the primary LLM service, integrating foundational models and optimizing inference performance within enterprise AI systems, while enabling RAG architectures with modern embedding and retrieval techniques;
Designing and automating high-level AI workflows using tools like n8n, enabling rapid prototyping, integration, and orchestration of multi-step agent or LLM-based automations;
Using OpenWebUI (or similar LLM UI frameworks) to test, iterate, and manage LLM and agent flows in on-prem or hybrid environments;
Using AWS SageMaker to train and deploy ML models efficiently and at scale;
Develop and manage big data processing workflows using Apache Spark on AWS EMR. Optimize data processing tasks to handle large-scale datasets efficiently, enabling fast feature extraction and preprocessing for machine learning models.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering , including demonstrated experience building and deploying models at scale;
Strong programming expertise in Python;
Proficiency in NLP and LLMs;
Hands-on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, EMR) for end-to-end AI pipelines or other cloud providers equivalent to AWS;
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient production-level code, adhering to best practices in software engineering (e.g., version control, testing, CI/CD);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Good English knowledge (upper intermediate level).
