About the role

  • Oversee a broad range of delivery projects to fulfill both hardware and software Lifecycle Management
  • Responsible for managing the teams that administer multiple Mainframes running on z/OS systems
  • Rethink the assumptions behind how traditional services are built
  • Lead the organization through cross-functional and collaborative efforts
  • Coach, mentor and leverage our talent management processes to effectively lead managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in infrastructure engineering or related disciplines preferred
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience
  • 10+ years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required
  • Experienced in diverse mainframe technical environments
  • Direct Mainframe experience is a necessity
  • Ability to lead a technical team
  • Build relationships and possess a strategic mindset to drive the team to successful outcomes
  • Communication skills to appropriately lead at the client/team/Business unit levels
  • Experienced leading complex projects and programs
  • Experience in tooling, utilities, and data transport
  • Experience in Architecture and design principles
