Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in infrastructure engineering or related disciplines preferred
- Typically 6-10 years of experience
- 10+ years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required
- Experienced in diverse mainframe technical environments
- Direct Mainframe experience is a necessity
- Ability to lead a technical team
- Build relationships and possess a strategic mindset to drive the team to successful outcomes
- Communication skills to appropriately lead at the client/team/Business unit levels
- Experienced leading complex projects and programs
- Experience in tooling, utilities, and data transport
