Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function within our Shared Services team
- Drive financial strategy, ensuring governance and compliance
- Provide financial insights to drive performance and inform strategic decisions
- Oversee consolidated financial statements across global entities
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation
- Ensure compliance with Canadian, US, and international accounting standards
- Oversee internal controls and risk frameworks
- Lead continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
- Lead and develop a global finance team across multiple entities
Requirements
- CPA designation (required)
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with 5+ years in a senior executive role
- Proven experience overseeing finance in multi-entity, international organizations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and ERP systems (Epicor or similar preferred)
- Experience in US financial operations (asset)
- Track record of leading M&A, including due diligence and integration (asset)
- Strong technical accounting skills combined with business acumen.
