About the role

  • Lead the enterprise-wide migration from SAP ECC and SAP SD to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Serve as the central point for the multi-year transformation program.
  • Drive comprehensive business process reengineering across the commercial stack.
  • Orchestrate and influence across a matrixed organization of business leaders and external partners.
  • Define strategic technical architecture and integration patterns for commercial technology ecosystem.
  • Guide Epic/Sprint teams through the SDLC process.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
  • Proven SAP transformation leadership with track record of leading multi-entity, multi-country SAP migrations.
  • Deep experience in ERP migrations, commercial simplification, Order to Cash modernization and S4/HANA technologies.
  • Engineering leadership background with expertise in ERP ecosystem architecture, cloud platforms, integration patterns.
  • Proven track record of building consensus and driving results in matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to distil complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.
  • History of independently driving large-scale transformation programs.
  • Consulting or corporate transformation background from top-tier firms or in-house transformation leadership.
