About the role

  • Design planning and information architecture
  • Support strategic design and research initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning skills for research iterations, assumptions, experiments as well as plan execution
  • Create tools to support design research planning
  • Apply design thinking to solve complex healthcare design ux problems
  • Facilitate ideation sessions
  • Information Architecture proficiency
  • Support and facilitate user research and translate insights into actionable iterations
  • Champion usability, accessibility and clinical relevance in product experiences
  • Design capabilities will cover both strategic design and detailed design with wireframes
  • Lead design of AI enabled experiences
  • Understand complex medical workflows through research and design AI enabled experiences
  • Map data flows with human in the loop
  • Develop intuitive, accessible, and inclusive design solutions
  • Understand Analytical and AI opportunities for LLM and Agentic workflows
  • Creative skills, while following design systems is important
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinicians
  • Communicate design rationale clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Align design outcomes with business and user goals
  • Understand healthcare workflows, compliance standards (HIPAA, , HL7, FHIR)
  • Design for interoperability and regulatory alignment
  • Translate clinical needs into scalable SaaS AI solutions
  • Proficient with design tools like Figma, Miro for product design as well as concepts
  • Proficient in design and iteration with AI tools such as Figma Make or Loveable
  • Work in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles
  • Translate prototypes into development-ready assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 6+ years in design strategy, UX/UI or information architecture
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS environments preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered AI enabled design solutions
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus
  • Strong Visual design skills is a plus
