Responsibilities

  • Translate user insights and business needs into intuitive digital experiences that support retail assessments
  • Design user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows, ensuring scalability and accessibility
  • Collaborate with researchers to conduct usability testing and validate design decisions
  • Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to align design work with product strategy
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Miro
  • Apply and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and analytics
  • Support a culture of collaboration, feedback, and learning within the product team

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience as a UX Designer
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes into intuitive digital interfaces
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design (Figma, Miro, Framer)
  • Experience working with design systems in a collaborative product environment
  • Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
  • Comfortable conducting or collaborating on usability testing
  • Professional fluency in English
