Act as the person responsible for commercial activities with reseller clients in your territory, covering the fuels, lubricants, and retail segments.
Negotiate and implement the company's marketing strategy to create value for resellers, contribute to their loyalty to the Ipiranga brand, and maximize margin and volume results.
Prospect new clients and manage the existing customer portfolio;
Drive business expansion;
Visit Ipiranga network service stations to provide strategic consulting based on data analysis to help boost station sales;
Responsible for selling and executing Ipiranga's marketing plan, helping resellers achieve established targets;
Analyze and assess station staff interactions with end customers, providing feedback to resellers on staff performance to support continuous improvement in service and enhance customer experience at the stations;
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from stations.
Requirements
Experience in commercial/sales roles and/or in the fuels sector;
Interpersonal skills, negotiation, communication, planning, and consultative selling;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Management, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields;
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
Residence in: Vitória, Vila Velha, Linhares, or Guarapari.
