Trainee Property Manager managing tenancies, maintenance triage and compliance at Leaders. Provide tenant/landlord support, coordinate contractors and inspections, and maintain communication.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre
Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries and booking appointments
Ensure a smooth tenancy process from beginning to end
Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy
Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements and provide a triage service
Communicate unresolved issues to landlords with proposed solutions and arrange works with contractors
Update all parties regularly by phone, email or text and log notes
Make regular ‘well being’ calls to landlords
Work with property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days and update customers on progress
Ensure mandatory compliance/legislation is in place on all properties and follow company process when not
Work with Property Inspection Clerks to ensure inspections are completed and parties communicated in line with policy
Place calls to managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain checkout process and time frames
Deal with non-managed deposits who are part of the No Deposit Scheme and ensure checkout process via the Depositary site
Work with team leaders, head of centres and branch network to understand reasons for any lost units
Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers
Requirements

Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
