About the role

IT Projektmanager overseeing digital projects and optimizing IT processes for a dynamic Bremen-based company. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Operational project management: You plan, coordinate and independently execute challenging IT projects, always aligned with our strategic objectives.
Resource and budget control: You coordinate resource allocation and keep oversight of budgets to ensure optimal resourcing and project delivery.
Risk management: You identify and assess project risks, initiate appropriate mitigation measures and conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth project execution.
Stakeholder management: You ensure transparent information flow and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders so that all parties remain aligned.
Requirements management & collaboration: Together with various departments you elicit concrete requirements, take the overall project landscape into account and align with the PMO.
Reporting and documentation: You prepare meaningful status reports, analyses and decision papers to support management in their decision-making.

Education: You hold a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable technical field.
Professional experience: With at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, you are familiar with the challenges of large IT projects and bring solid know-how.
Methodological competence: You have in-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods.
Analytical strength: Your strong analytical mindset and confident risk management enable you to steer projects purposefully.
Tool experience: You are proficient with modern project management and reporting tools and comfortable working in a heterogeneous application landscape.
Communication skills: Your strong communication abilities and confident stakeholder management round off your profile.
